Shi pointed out in his speech that the key to implement the spirit of Chen Jian's speech is to have actions and measures, and put forward four suggestions. First, we should study how to establish non-competitive enterprise alliance in a country or region, advocate information sharing, provide mutual support, and seek support from the Ministry of Commerce, consulates and banks. Second, to establish "going out" enterprise ability evaluation mechanism, excellent enterprise recommendation mechanism, and related associations, banks, insurance, the establishment of credit evaluation linkage mechanism; Third, cooperate with overseas well-known project training institutions to organize training and improve the comprehensive quality of talent team; Fourth, we should pay attention to the brand construction of overseas projects and enhance the brand influence.
The participants listed the difficulties of "going global", such as "financing difficulties", the slow promotion of bilingualism of Chinese standards, the fierce competition of Chinese enterprises' overseas projects, the lack of international management talents, and the quality of domestic equipment. They also shared the countermeasures and experience of various enterprises and put forward suggestions.
Rong Shili pointed out in his concluding speech that "One Belt And One Road" and "going global" are not only national policies, but also the urgent needs for enterprises to transform into international engineering companies. He hoped that the delegates could further study and timely feedback their opinions based on Chen Jian's speech spirit and the suggestions put forward by the chairman of the management in this meeting. We will work together with you to face all kinds of difficulties, jointly study countermeasures, and constantly promote the healthy development of "going global" survey and design enterprises.
