4. Basic work on system integration was actively carried out, and guidance documents such as data docking standards for the approval and management system for construction projects and guidelines for the construction of local systems were issued.

Sixth, carry out research and supervision. In mid-to-late September, they went to pilot areas for investigation and supervision, got a comprehensive understanding of the reform situation and existing problems in the pilot areas, and gave targeted guidance to the reform work in the pilot areas.
